What is ImageJVI?

ImageJVI is an ImageJ - LabVIEW interface that allows users to easily pass data from LabVIEW Virtual Instruments (VIs) to ImageJ and vice versa.

ImageJ and LabVIEW are widely used by the scientific research community; particularly in physics, engineering and life sciences. LabVIEW is a proprietary visual programming environment from National Instruments used for data acquisition, automation and instrument control. ImageJ is a public domain, Java-based image processing program developed by NIH and is used to analyze microscopy and metrology imagery.

The purpose of ImageJVI is to harness the power of LabVIEW hardware control with the image analysis capabilities of ImageJ.
